How to Use NexoraHR

A simple step-by-step guide to get the most out of your HR system.

Login to the System

Go to the Login page and enter your company email and password. Click Sign In to access your account.

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page.

Go to the Dashboard

After login you land on the Dashboard. Here you see quick stats, pending approvals, recent announcements, and shortcuts to common tasks. Use the sidebar to navigate to any module.

How an Employee Submits Leave
  1. Click Leave Requests in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Request (or Create).
  3. Choose leave type, start date, end date, and add a reason.
  4. Submit — your request status will show as Pending.
  5. You will be notified when a manager or HR approves or rejects it.

How Expense Claims Work
  1. Open Expenses from the sidebar.
  2. Click New Expense and fill in the amount, category, and description.
  3. Upload a receipt image or PDF if required.
  4. Submit the claim — it goes to your approver for review.
  5. Check the expense list or notifications for approval updates.

How HR Approves Requests
  1. HR, Managers, and Admins receive notifications for new leave and expense requests.
  2. Open Leave Requests or Expenses from the sidebar.
  3. Click on a pending item to view details.
  4. Use the Approve or Reject action to update the status.
  5. The employee is automatically notified of the decision.

How Documents Are Accessed
  1. Click Documents in the sidebar.
  2. Browse the list of available files (policies, forms, handbooks).
  3. Click a document to view details, then use Download to save it.
  4. HR and Admin users can upload new documents from the same page.

How Announcements Work
  1. Open Announcements from the sidebar to see all company news.
  2. HR/Admin can create new announcements with a title and message body.
  3. Published announcements are visible to all employees immediately.
  4. Recent announcements also appear on the dashboard for quick visibility.
